This exhibition explores themes of Jewish myth, history and biblical narrative through the works of New York-based artist David Wander. Wander’s work is presented in book format that melds traditions of medieval Hebrew manuscript illumination and contemporary graphic illustration. Based on his readings of the Hebrew Bible, Jewish sacred texts and legends, Wander creates a dynamic, multi-layered visual narrative that allows us to see these texts in a new light.

I live in Portland Oregon. Can these talks ever be recorded and posted? I would dearly love that. Thank you.
