Evanston Made is a month-long celebration of the arts in Evanston with art studios, galleries, museums and businesses throughout Evanston showing works and hosting events by Evanston creatives June 3-30.

Israeli-German artist, Dorit Jordan Dotan was born in 1961, in Haifa, Israel. For the past twenty years, she has run her own independent graphic design studio. She has created an impressive body of fine art images and photographs, including architectural, textural and urban genres and fine art. She has often served voluntarily as in-house photographer for many activist organizations. Her photographs have been published in Israeli and in international press. Dotan is an Exclusive Photographer with Getty Images, fellow Member at the Jewish Art Salon New York.

Evanston Made

  • Evanston Made’s artist studio tour takes place June 4, 12-5 p.m., with more than 75 artist’s studios open to the public. Maps for the studio tour will be available online and at Evanston Art Center
  • The Evanston Art Center will host the exhibit Evanston Made, June 3-30, featuring works by Evanston creatives. The exhibit opening is June 3, 6-9 p.m.
  • Participating business venues will show works by Evanston Artists June 3 – 30, turning the city of Evanston into an Art Gallery in June.
  • Evanston Made Kids! June 4, 11a-4 p.m..at Evanston Art Center, celebrates young Evanston artists and their families.
