Call for Art – Juried Exhibit at the Belskie Museum, NJ

FREEDOM an Artistic Interpretation

(This is a third-party call, not a Jewish Art Salon event)

Deadline: Saturday February 17, 2018

Juried group show running March 4th – March 25th at the Belskie Museum in Closter, New Jersey.

The exhibition theme is “FREEDOM an Artistic Interpretation”. We all have our own concept of freedom, so now you have a chance to use your art to share it.   Each Artist Statement should explain the connection of their artistic interpretation and it will be part of the exhibit as well (no more than 3 sentences please). Artists may submit one artwork per entry, but if you choose to enter more works there is an additional fee for that.
There will be an Opening Reception as well as Artist Talks which you are welcome to participate in. All of these events will be open to the public and you are welcome to invite your collectors, fans, friends and family. In addition, participating artists are welcome to invite interested groups for additional art talks. (Last year we hosted school and senior home groups).
The entrance fee is $45.00.  Please make your check payable to Art for Learning, LLC. write  ‘Freedom an Artistic Interpretation’  on your check and envelope then mail it to: Art for Learning, LLC, 330 Broad Ave., Englewood, New Jersey, 07631.
The deadline for entering is Saturday, February 17th 2018. First, second, third place and honorable mention honors will be awarded.
Further information will be emailed after entry- send your contact information (and any questions) to: Sheryl Intrator Urman at Artforlearning@yahoo.com
