Call for Art – Solo or group exhibit on Long Island

A Jewish community place on Long Island, NY, has an exhibition slots open for Summer and Fall 2020. This is available for Jewish Art Salon members only.

They have a 120 feet long  gallery wall, and the front lobby features several wall showcases for objects. The gallery can also accommodate sculptures. See images below.

The artist(s) needs to arrange RT transport of the art, but a small stipend is available.

You are welcome to propose a solo or group exhibit, but only one person needs to be the point person.

If interested, email the Jewish Art Salon ASAP at jewishartsalon@gmail.com . In subject line “LI exhibit”.

We will reply by sending you the contact info of the curator.

Please know that the time slots for this particular location for December and Spring have been filled now. Applications for the LI exhibit are still open for Summer and Fall 2020.

The photos are from a previous exhibit; those artworks are not there anymore. We will feature the next exhibition though; announcement will be on our website soon.

I believe I have a number of paintings and 3D sculptures that may be suitable for this Long Island location. I reside in Long Beach, which may or may not be in the vicinity.

Max, as noted in the post, this is for actual members of the Jewish Art Salon only. We are a member-based organization and our paying members always have priority. Thank you.

I thought I was a paying member since exhibiting before at the Jewish Comic Con and Convivio curated by Joel Silverstein.

Sorry Max; you were a guest artist in those exhibits; not a paying member.
