Virtual Programs Spring 2020

During these uncertain times we are here for you, and are working to create opportunities for you to come together; to connect our artists and art professionals with virtual presentations, critiques, performances, studio visits and workshops.

As part of a Jewish Art Salon and JADA collaboration we are facilitating Sunday afternoon programs starting on April 19th, 2020.

A sign-up link to our virtual studio programs will be provided by email to JAS membership and JADA affiliates. Art Kibbutz affiiates will receive an email about the support sessions.

We are kicking off this weekly series on Zoom on April 19th, 1:00-2:00pm (EDT) with a presentation by three of our members who have played an important role in the Salon:

Archie Rand, Richard McBee & Joel Silverstein present Modern Jewish Narratives, a Powerpoint of their J.A.Salon art exhibition, followed by a discussion with the viewers.

We will take measures to insure Zoom privacy. More info on that later.

Starting on Friday April 17 10:00AM to 11:30AM (EDT) Artists’ Personal Process Support Session once a month for Art Kibbutz alumni only.

Asherah Cinnamon will host a zoom meeting to share and listen to each other about anything related to their creative process and/or personal challenges related to that process, or to the current political/pandemic situation. Limited to up to 12 participants. Free.

Pre-registration required at acinnamon@meca.eduAK alumni only.
