Hannah Altman in Artforum and Barcelona Foto Biennale

Photographer Hannah Altman, JAS Emerging Artist Member, has been awarded the Yale University 2022-23 Blanksteen Artist in Residence at the Slifka Center, which received over forty applications. With an award of $10,000 she has been commissioned to create an original work that explores Jewish narrative.

Exhibition at Barcelona Foto Biennale. Hannah is a finalist in the 2021 Julia Margaret Cameron Award Portrait Series; her work will be on view funtil October 30, 2022 at the awards exhibition at FotoNostrum Mediterranean House of Photography in Barcelona.
