Dec. 21 / Queens, NY / 7pm-10pm

Call for Artists:

Have you designed a menorah? OR: do you work with menorahs?

Ayelet Pearl is seeking artists and curators to participate in an artist dialogue about the process of creating a menorah/chanukiah, working within holiday rituals and traditional Jewish art forms, and connecting to modern audiences. The conversation will explore issues of modernity, Jewish meaning-making, ritual, art, and community.

*There are still spots for 1-2 additional artists to participate. Contact Ayelet Pearl for more information.

ChanukART is a project of Ayelet Pearl (Av Rimon) with Stephanie Luxenberg (Studio Shoshan).
