Jesse Bandler Firestone

Jesse Bandler Firestone is an emerging curator, producer, and lecturer of contemporary art.

He is currently the Curator and Exhibition Coordinator at Montclair State University. Previously, he was Assistant Curator at Wave Hill, a garden and cultural center in The Bronx, and Curatorial and Production Assistant at The Shed, a nonprofit dedicated to art and ideas across all forms of creativity. Jesse has lectured at Pratt and Havard University and has organized exhibitions at institutions across the United States.

He is committed to interdisciplinary practices, creating accessible programs, and nurturing a broad range of perspectives that reflect our times. Firestone reveres the creative power of artists as a potent connective force and through exhibition-making channels, distills and engages in the worlds, ideas, and affects artists put forth.
