The Mandel Institute for Non-profit Leadership’s 16-month fellowship is rooted in the belief that the practice of Jewish educational leadership is worthy of deep reflection. It offers the opportunity to return to the well: to rejuvenate, clarify educational thinking, grow in leadership, and expand understanding of the broader ecosystem of Jewish education.
The Mandel Institute seeks potential applicants who have 6+ years of professional experience, who play a leadership role in the Jewish educational mission of their organization, and who are motivated to expand their impact alongside a dynamic cohort of peers.
This program is for exceptional leaders in Jewish education from a range of settings, including day schools, Hillels, JCCs, synagogues and more.
