The Jewish Art Salon exhibition on Art in Jewish Sacred Spaces is accepting new and updated submissions, as this important showcase expands to become more comprehensive.
Submissions via our online form only.
Art in Jewish Sacred Spaces is an online gallery of projects by Jewish Art Salon artists that are installed in synagogues as a core aspect of the embellishment of the building, or as a response to the architecture. The gallery also includes ritual objects and calligraphy related to sacred spaces and celebrations.
This is a place to show the world that artists do not have to be “Judaica only” artists to contribute to Sacred Spaces. Think of the synagogue designed by Sol LeWitt or the Torah Curtain and Matzah Cover designed by Anni Albers, or even the Catholic Chapel in Vence designed by Matisse
