Selena Rojhani, Esq

Selena received her undergraduate degree in art history, with honors, from UCLA in 1995. Immediately thereafter, she attended the UCLA School of Law, receiving a juris doctor degree in 1998. During law school she found her passion in bankruptcy law.

As a judicial extern to the Honorable Kathleen Thompson Lax, she was exposed to a variety of bankruptcy issues and was able to learn about the practical and legal implications of bankruptcy laws.

Immediately after graduating from UCLA Law and passing the California bar exam, she served a one-year term as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Donovan.

Prior to starting her firm, she passed the New York and New Jersey state bar exams, worked in private practice as an associate attorney and in-house counsel, alongside the best lawyers in the nation.

Established in 2008 and based in New York City, JAS has over 400 members and over 2,000 participants. Through its 60+ shows, events and collaborations in the US, Europe and Israel, JAS has reached approximately 30,000 individuals since its inception. JAS provides important programs and resources, and develops lasting partnerships with the international art community and the general public.
