Book Discussion Matthew Baigell’s JEWISH IDENTITY IN AMERICAN ART

The Hampton Synagogue Rabbi Marc Schreier Community Center will feature an evening around Matthew Baigell’s recently published book JEWISH IDENTITY IN AMERICAN ART: A GOLDEN AGE SINCE THE 1970’S.

At this 24th Annual Author Discussion Series Baigell will be represented by JAS artist members Richard McBee and Joel Silverstein.

The Syracuse University Press published Jewish Identity in American ArtA Golden Age since the 1970s  by Jewish Art Salon Founding Member and Advisor Matthew Baigell.

It is an exploration for the first-time in book form of Jewish-themed works by the generation of artists born between 1930 and 1960.
